		<description>FYI, don&#039;t try the public figure approach either mentioned in this article.  We did a similar game, a whack-a-mole game with the presidential candidates.  It got rejected for the same reason.  We used the official photos approves from the candidates websites in our application which were considered public property and we did not use it in a defamatory or offensive way as I think you did not also.  I think Apple is just being overly cautious regarding political applications.  We tried resubmitting twice without luck... good luck with yours.</description>
